Dog Policy
*Due to previous unfortunate incidents involving children, we do not accept Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bull or similar.
Group Policy
No groups aged under 18 or single gender groups, e.g. Stag or Hen Parties, etc., at any of the above parks.
Bank Holidays
All bank holiday weekends are a minimum stay of two nights. These dates for 2025 are: 1st January, 18th - 21st April, 2nd - 5th May, 23rd to 26th May, 22nd - 25th August. Prior telephone booking only for Christmas/New Year - 19th December to 2nd January).
Parks Cancellation Policy
No refunds within 2 weeks of arrival date.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Please note that your deposit is paid to Pitchup.com and is non-refundable.
