Riverbend Caravan park is alongside the River Banwy. The lower part of the Park is susceptible to flooding, however holiday homes are positioned at least 9 inches above the highest recorded flood level during the park’s history. At Lickhill Manor Caravan Park, in the event of flooding from the River Severn at predicted levels of 4.7 metres and above, the park must be completely evacuated of all customers. All holiday makers are positioned at least 12 inches above previous flood levels. Information boards will be displayed during flood risk times, advising of predicted levels. Holiday home pitch fees include reinstatement insurance as a no cost benefit. Customers should be aware that items in outside storage boxes that are below the level of the caravan can be damaged by flood water and are excluded from insurance cover.
