Hillandale renews sponsorship of Kidderminster Carolians RFC

Hillandale Caravan Parks is delighted to announce that we are continuing to support local rugby as a major sponsor of Kidderminster Carolians RFC (KCRFC) for the 8th consecutive season.

Hillandale’s contributions for the 2017/18 season are going towards new club shirts and shorts, new corner flags, new post padding, the Man of the Match award and the decoration of the 1st XV changing room. This is in addition to the recently installed electronic scoreboard which Hillandale agreed to sponsor for five years from 2016.

There has long been a relationship between Hillandale and KCRFC as the Hillandale owner, Denis Lloyd Jones, played for the club for over 30 years, captaining the 1st XV during the 1980’s. Since hanging up his boots Denis has continued to be involved with the club serving as treasurer and in various other roles, as well as being a major club sponsor (also a passionate spectator!). In August 2017 Denis was given the honour of being created a Honourary Life Member of KCRFC in recognition of his years of service to the club.  

When announcing the new sponsorship deal Denis said: "At Kidderminster Carolians RFC there are wonderful facilities, excellent coaching and a real family atmosphere, mirroring the ethos we create within our caravan parks.  We are delighted to sponsor the KCRFC 1st XV for another season.”
