Booking Policy
1. A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. Lickhill Manor Caravan Park will request payment 28 days before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 28 days then the balance will be required immediately.
2. Please note that for Bank Holiday weekends, bookings must be for a minimum of 3 nights, for Easter the minimum duration is 3 nights, for Stourport Carnival weekend (first Saturday & Sunday in September) and in June, July & August the minimum weekend stay is 2 nights.
3. Group bookings of up to 3 units (caravan, motorhome, tent) with a maximum occupation per pitch of 6. No more than 4 adults on a single pitch are accepted at this park. Larger party bookings can only be made by special arrangement with the Park Office by prior arrangement, please. Stealth group bookings will be cancelled or turned away upon arrival.
4. Arrivals please after 1.00pm and no later than 8.00pm unless prior arranged.
5. Departure no later than midday.
6. The park caters for families (immediate members), well-behaved couples and individuals. It is not a festival park or a park for parties.
7. Bookings of not for more than 28 consecutive nights (14 days on grass pitches).
8. Maximum occupation per pitch 6. No more than 4 adults on a single pitch.
9. No single-sex bookings of no more than 4 people (couples and immediate family members excepted).
10. Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
11. At least one party member must be aged 21 or over.
12. Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on park. Please be aware you may be turned away.
13. No hen/stag parties permitted.
14. Please inform the park while on your way should you expect to arrive after 6.00 pm so that the team can provide information about your pitch. If Reception or Booking Office is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
15. Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the park are unlit.
16. We have wooden picnic tables available for free use on a first collected, first served basis, a maximum of one table per pitch please.
17. A cable measuring at least 20 metres is advisable for the electric hook-ups.
18. Electric hook ups are 10amps. Please be aware of the appliances you use.
19. Use of Generators is not permitted.
20. The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro), nor Bully XL variants.
Cancelation Policy

2. No refunds/reductions applicable for inclement weather, late arrivals, early departures or no shows. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book the pitch.
3. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Booking through Pitchup.com
1. Your deposit that is paid to Pitchup.com is non-refundable.
2. A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable upon a Pitchup booking. The outstanding balance will be debited from your card 30 days before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 30 days then the balance will be taken immediately, both by Pitchup.
3. No refunds within 2 weeks of arrival date.
4. No refunds/reductions applicable for inclement weather, late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
5. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Payment through the Park Reception
1. No refunds within 2 weeks of arrival date. A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking.

3. If you require to defer a booking to a later date, this may be done up to 7 days of the proposed arrival. A booking may be deferred a maximum of twice without losing prior payment.
