Cancelation Policy

Hillandale Caravan Parks Touring & Camping Cancelation Policy

Cancellation by the Guest:

• A 15% non-refundable deposit it payable upon booking. The outstanding balance will be debited from your payment card 28 days before arrival, or if the arrival date is sooner than 28 days then the balance will be taken immediately.
• No refunds on the remaining balance within 2 weeks of the arrival date.
• No refunds/reductions applicable for inclement weather, late arrivals, early departures or no shows. 
• If you need to cancel your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that another guest has the chance to book. You may wish to purchase holiday insurance to cover for possible cancellations.

Cancellation by the Park:

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances; you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a later date.
• Hillandale Caravan Parks is not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests due to cancellation.

Amendments to Booking Dates:

• If you need to defer a booking to a later date, this may be done up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• Bookings may be deferred a maximum of twice without losing prior payment.

Force Majeure:

• Refunds or compensation is not offered for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to the weather, government restrictions, pandemics, etc. In such cases, we may offer the option to reschedule your stay.
